I am about to graduate from Viterbo and have to leave my spot in a double room. The condo was remodeled this past year so it is not the typical Viterbo garbage with the pee stations all over the bathroom and messed up doors. There are 3 other male roommates who are all very handsome and well-read. It is a "quaint" place or tiny if you area a pessimist, but it has a huge backyard and it is spotless and nice inside. If you are interested in checking the room, email me a message. The roommates are very typical Viterbo University students, they enjoy a few spirits on the weekends and they rarely attend class. They have no outstanding police records that I know of and they are not particularly creepy. They are pretty good guys and I have lived with them for several years, so if this sounds cool to you you should come by and meet my roommates. Oh yeah, the guy I share a room with has a girlfriend that lives in downtown, so I have a single about 1/2 the time.
