Altra Federal Credit Union is hiring for the position of Manager-Real Estate Loan Sales. This position is responsible for the supervision of the loan origination personnel to ensure quality origination of applications and maximization of the member experience by providing prompt service and accurate information of real estate lending products which may include assisting internal and external members as well as working with real estate professionals in the markets we serve. DUTIES Duties for this position include providing assistance to internal and external customers with questions and involving new and existing loans, establishing performance measurements, evaluating growth opportunities, and implementing the strategic plan in providing real estate loans to members, promoting Credit Union products and services to present and potential members, assisting in marketing and new product development for real estate products.
