Job Description
INDEPENDENT PROPERTY INSPECTOR NEEDED (Trempealeau, St. Croix, Peirce, Dunn, Pepin, Buffalo, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon Counties)
Job entails driving to properties and performing occupancy inspections for mortgage companies. Taking pictures with and filling out reports on company specific apps on your smartphone.
Main Requirements are a reliable car, valid driver’s license, smart phone, GPS, computer, printer/scanner. Background check required.
Experience preferred but willing to train right person.
Pay is per successfully completed inspection.
