Summary:Assist in production of vending items to include operation of meat slicer, sandwich packaging machines and the ability to read standardized recipes and production sheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
:Operate Meat Slicer and sandwich packaging equipment following established quantities and production sheets.
:Assists on production line to produce items in a timely and accurate fashion.
:Completes and uses daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
:Operates and cleans equipment per departmental procedures after each use.
:Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
:Communicates any problems to appropriate personnel.
:Complies with regulatory agency standards, including federal, state.
:Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
:Completes all required documentation, reports and logs as required.
:Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations, as well as departmental sanitation procedures.
:Records and completes all time/temp and weight sheets; verifying HACCP records.
:Performs other duties as assigned.
