Responsibilities include issuing quotes, communicating with vendors, and following-up to increase quote acceptance rate. This position will also assist in the Receiving Department and Logistics Order Fulfillment Department as needed. Duties include assisting with the purchasing process, reviewing product lists and issuing quotes, assisting and following-up with vendors, reviewing daily reports, assisting with checking in collections purchased from vendors, and assisting with order fulfillment. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, be reliable and energetic, and able to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment. Must have good oral and written communication skills, have a passion for research and analysis, and be proficient in MS Excel. This long term position is 20 - 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The flexible hours would work great with a college student's schedule.
